Ever wondered what goes into the making of a great cocktail? Is it the choice of spirit? The quality of mixers? The creativity of flavors? It's all that (and more) and you can get a front row seat to the process in this class featuring our new Mixology expert, Micah.
Your experience begins with a welcome mocktail, which you will take with you as you board a wagon for a ride to our U-pick fields. Pick your own fruit to enjoy at home, then head back to the Winery for some cocktail making fun. Relax with your drink and a small artisan pizza while you learn all about the history of cocktail making, how to select ingredients, the art of a good garnish, and lots more. Then follow along with our Mixology expert to create two craft cocktails, pick up tips and tricks of the trade along the way, and (of course) enjoy your own creations.
This event is a creative way to expand your cocktail horizons and have some fun in the process. You will leave with plenty of new information about the world of cocktails, plus recipe cards so you can recreate the evening's cocktails at home.
Each ticket is $57 (price includes tax and processing fees), and includes the approximately 90- minute experience with welcome mocktail, u-pick fruit, two cocktails, small artisan pizza, recipe cards, and souvenir glass.
